Our masonry nails are maunfactured on-site in the UK. All of our products are packed in neutral packaging, allowing for white labeled production. If you have any bespoke requirements, please contact us.

Masonry Nails

We produce the full range of masonry nails that are sold in either bulk or boxes of 100 to the distribution trade (plus the multi-national retailers via packers). Washered masonry nails (suitable for gun application) are also available.

Material:

All nails are manufactured to the industry requirements and, as there is no actual British Standard on masonry nails, we do adapt BS1202 Part 1guideline tolerances. The nails achieve a very high hardness factor of 52 RC yet remain ductile enough to pass the 90 degree bend factor.

To give superior anti corrosion properties the nails are protected by Mechanical Zinc coating rather than the cheaper BZP.

SIZES:(Specials manufactured to order)

• 2.5mm: 25mm to 60mm
• 3.0mm: 30mm to 80mm
• 3.5mm: 50mm to 100mm

PACKAGING:

Nails are packed in boxes of 100 number, boxes are then shrink wrapped in to outers of 1000 nails. The boxes we use show no manufacturers markings or brand, the labels can be designed to show your company name, computer codes and barcodes, or left neutral. Total own livery packaging is available upon request. Alternatively, nails can be purchased in Bulk form in 25kg cartons to be packed down by you.
