Stainless Steel Plastic Headed Pins and Nails

Application:

Our Stainless Steel, Plastic Headed pins and nails can be used inside and out, on a wide range of construction and building applications. For example Fascia & Soffit, Barge boards, Skirting & Architrave, Cladding, Caravan and portable building construction window or door trims.

With the massive demand for plastic fascia replacements in the UK we can offer the full range of stainless steel, plastic headed fixing nails and pins. Our specifications are as follows:

Nail Material:

Stainless Steel. Annular Ring Shank to neck of nail for strong pull out values. Mild steel, Bright Zinc Plated can also be supplied.

Head Material

HDPE, Nylon Impact resistant head: UV Factor 5 stabilised Colours: White, Brown, Black, and Tan. We can do any colour but it would be subject to minimum production runs.

SIZES:

• Pins 25mm, 30mm and 40mm x 2.0mm
• Nails 40mm, 50mm and 65mm x 3.35mm

PACKAGING:

Boxes poly wrapped for protection in transit.

QUANTITY PER CARTON:

Nails in boxes of 100, Pins in boxes of 250

LABELS:

We will over label the boxes with a description, computer code and batch number, if you require Company name, your part code or bar code printing this can also be added.
